You did not say engine, transmission, air, etc so at a 350 automatic in good condition its retail is around $10,000 (primo paint, nice interior, engine fine etc)
Google NADA to get to the site where they give estimates for classic car values

regular fixer-up usually goes anywhere form 800 to 1200 bucks.
If you can find a small body shop. with low overhead would be your best bet.
You can pay as much as you like but keep in mind the value of a car LIKE THAT is what you want it to be. Those cars are kind of rare to find.
Look on ebay or you local auto trader to see what the cars of that nature are selling for.
