Restoring a car or truck?
23rd July 2007
Tyler asked:
I am looking for a new project. I want to restore a car or truck. What would be easier to restore. Car or truck? Which one would be cheaper? Which one could i get parts for? I have always been a truck man so i was thinking a truck. I have worked on many of trucks but i would like to try a car. What year and or style would be a good starter?

A truck would be easier to work on and has fewer trim parts so I would go with the truck.
Restoration of any vehicle is costly to do right so I wouldn’t say a truck will be a lot cheaper.

The truck would be better and go with a Chevy or GMC between 1967 to 1972…………………….
