Is restoring old Cars and Trucks profitable?

Just wondering if restoring a old car or truck profitable its a good hobby of mine and I would love to search for cars and rebuild them while still making money

Usually, you put much more into it than the value increases. That doesn’t even include the cost of labor, even if you do it yourself. You can almost always buy cars at auction that someone else restored and is losing money on.
