Pet projects. Pork. There is NOTHING to directly help the economy in general. If they REALLY wanted to stimulate and grow the economy, they'd cut corp. tax rates, capital gains, payroll taxes. That would have an immediate effect. But, that's not their intention. It's their chance to grow the govt. power over the individual. It’s loaded with the govt. programs that the Dems have wanted.
