car restoration
Hannah M asked:

My license was suspended for 90 days, and the suspension just ended on Dec. 31st. I still need to mail in the restoration paperwork, and pay a small fee. Once this paperwork is received by the DMV (or whoever I’m supposed to mail it to), and my driving privileges are restored, can I legally drive a car as a licensed driver while I’m waiting to receive my license in the mail? I’ve heard that if you are pulled over while driving without your license that you have a certain amount of time to produce proof that you are a licensed driver…is this true?
