I’ll recomend Gerald Cerdan DMD. I went to dental school with him. he was in the top 5 out of 125 students. Very Knowledgable and very inteligent. he has done complex cases like you describe. And in the rare event that he cant help her, he will have a reputable lead for you. He is in Fort Meyers, FL. Tell him that Bill from Oregon has sent you over.
