68 mustang convertable paint job,how much should I spend on it?

I’m in SF and labor is 100 to 140 an hour,where is best rates within 250miles?
the season mean rain=accadents=shops will be busy=higher cost.
or holladays and taxes=shops slow down,people saving there money.
I need reshion and drought for best deal I guess

I am in Fresno and we focus on collision repair as custom stuff slows production. There is a custom shop I trust who might be interested in the work. Shop name is Finishline. Owners name is Dino and they have a lot of integrity. They do good work but they would want to see what they are getting into first.
I don’t know any shops in SF. Sorry.
